  • What is detailing?/ Ans: Detailing is a specialized process of keeping your vehicle's appearance as close to the day it rolled off the assembly line as possible

  • Why not just use the automatic car wash?/ Ans: The truth about automatic car washes is that they could care less about your vehicle, after just one wash you'll receive tons of complementary swirl marks. Mediocre interior cleaning without the proper anything, and not to mention the harsh chemicals they use to strip away every last ounce of protection on your paintwork. On the flip side, we care about your vehicle and the current condition it is in, we are here to preserve and enhance the overall condition

  • Why should I have my vehicle detailed if I can wash it on my own?/ Ans: We fully encourage our customers to detail their vehicles themselves, the safe way. However, if detailed incorrectly (incorrect chemicals, tools, techniques, order of operation), it could create problems as numbers of details go up. We have mastered, and forever learning the safest techniques, tools, and chemicals to tackle each and every problem we may encounter

  • How often should I have my car detailed?/ Ans: The answer really varies, what is the main use of the vehicle, condition it is kept, and how meticulous you are

  • How long does your detailing services take?/ Ans: It could vary tremendously, couple factors are the vehicle's condition, size, and what services you require. We will give you an estimate of time once we have inspected the vehicle in person

  • Why should I choose you as my detailer?/ Ans: The answer to this question boils down to giving us a chance. Just as if you never tried Coca Cola, how would you know the taste if you never tried it? We never achieve, always over deliver, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are happy with our services, we can sleep at night

  • Are the chemicals you're using safe for the environment?/ Ans: Yes! All the products we use are eco-friendly and biodegradable

  • Where are you located and what areas do you serve?/ Ans: We are located in Windermere, FL, and we proudly serve the central Florida

  • How can I get in contact and have you detail my vehicle?/ Ans: You can visit our contact us page to get in touch, or booking for appointments!

All Services

  • Expectations for all of our services will be set with customers in person, after inspection, and prior to any work begins

  • For any services greater than or equal to the value of $500 we will charge an 20% non- refundable deposit- (conditional- see below bullet points) which will be credited towards your service

  • Each appointment will have 1 reschedule available, after 1 reschedule, the 20% non- refundable deposit will be fully non- refundable

  • We request all cancellation or reschedule requests to be made to us via the contact us page or at 407-808-8039, and 36 hours prior to the appointment date and time. If past the 36 hour mark, the 20% non- refundable deposit will be fully non- refundable

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, we, and only we, reserve the right to reschedule without affecting the 20% non- refundable deposit

  • If you are not happy with your results, please reach out to us ASAP and we will make things right for you

  • We do NOT offer biohazard cleanup whatsoever, we simply do not have the right training or tools to perform such services and deliver a subpar result. Best to seek biohazard cleaning specialists

  • We do NOT open your glove box/s or center console/s under any circumstances for your privacy. Any requests should be made before the interior detailing begins

  • We will bag and deem any loose items such as water bottles, napkins, wrappers, receipts, etc as trash. It is for you to throw away in case something is important

  • All bills and/ or lose changes will be bagged in a clear bag SEPARATE from the trash

  • Garage or any indoor environment are NOT required for any of our services

  • For us to detail at any location, we need ONE running water outlet and ONE working electrical outlet

  • Price may vary depending on the vehicle's condition- In essence, if the vehicle is in much worse shape than average such as excessive pet hair or stains, there will be extra fees applied on top of the starting price per vehicle size

  • Price may vary depending on the vehicle's size- In essence, if the vehicle has been modified such as lifted or outside of normal vehicle size such as limousine, extra large van, there will be extra fees applied on top of the starting price per vehicle size

Detailing

  • Hand applied 3 month paint sealant’s 3 month duration is only approximate per the manufacturer’s specification. The longevity of the sealant is only possible with proper maintenance wash and care

  • Hand applied 6 month hybrid ceramic sealant’s 6 month duration is only approximate per the manufacturer’s specification. The longevity of the sealant is only possible with proper maintenance wash and care

Paint Correction

  • Polisher applied 1 year nano sealant's 1 year duration is only approximate per the manufacturer’s specification. The longevity of the protectant is only possible with proper maintenance wash and care

Ceramic Coating

  • 3 Year PPF/ Vinyl Ceramic Coating package’s 3 year duration is only approximate per the manufacturer’s specification. The longevity of the ceramic coating is only possible with proper maintenance wash and care

  • 3 Year Ceramic Coating package’s 3 year duration is only approximate per the manufacturer’s specification. The longevity of the ceramic coating is only possible with proper maintenance wash and care
